Garden fresh salads Served with gourmet potatoes, fresh baking and a selection of five salads from our salad menu.
- Potato, bacon and egg - Red potato, egg, celery, bacon bits, spring onion, red onion, red capsicum, parsley in a sour cream and mayonnaise dressing.
- Mesculin - A blend of assorted lettuce, with cocktail tomatoes, sprouts and peppercorn vinaigrette.
- Rainbow coleslaw - A mix of red and green cabbage with carrots and dressing.
- Pasta, broccoli and cashew - Pasta shells, broccoli, red onion, mango chutney, red pepper, mushroom, cashew nuts and dressing.
- Cocktail pasta - Spiral pasta, celery, pineapple, grapes, red peppers and dressing.

Prices for Gourmet BBQ catering $35.00 inc GST per person Under 14 - 1/2 Price Under 5 - Complimentary Cutlery, crockery, serviettes, buffet table and linen are included in the price. Tea and coffee, with after dinner mints, are available upon request. Prices are based on a minimum of 40 people, a minimum charge of $1,000 may apply between 1 October and 31 December. Difficult access may require a set-up fee.

Finish your celebrations in the perfect manner - with your own personal selection of our great desserts. For $10.00 inc GST per person, a dessert can perfect your function. You can choose three desserts from our menu. they are all served with chunky fresh fruit salad and cream.

- Chocolate Baileys Cheesecake A creamy baileys flavoured cheesecake with dark chocolate swirl resting on a chocolate crumb base.
- Cookies n Cream Cheesecake a full cream cheesecake with Oreo biscuit chips folded through and resting on a chocolate biscuit base topped with broken Oreo biscuits.
- White Choc Rasp Cheesecake real raspberry folded into the rich white chocolate cheesecake and decorated with a raspberry coulis swirl sitting on a vanilla base.
- Vanilla New York Cheesecake A Traditional baked New York styled cheesecake on a vanilla biscuit crumb base. Lightly dusted with icing sugar.
- Peach/Passionfruit Cheesecake A peach cream cheese mix on a vanilla biscuit case swirled with a passionfruit jelly.
- Mississippi Mud Cake A rich moist chocolate mud cake covered in chocolate ganache, decorated with ganache and white chocolate stripes.
- Tiramisu Gateaux A layered chocolate sponge drenched in Marsala and espresso with a classic European mousse. Decorated with piped mousse and dusted with cocoa.
- Black Forest Deluxe Gateaux A rich dark chocolate cake is layered into three and filled with a Morello Balack Cherry/Kirsch mix and fresh cream.
