Hi, my name is Hamish Murphy. I own and operate Baxter's Catering Co. with the help of my experienced management team, Andrew Hercus (Catering Manager and Head Chef) and Simon Ranther (Sous Chef).
Baxter's Catering was created in 1976 and since has been catering for hundreds of thousands of happy customers in the wider Wellington region. Since I took over the company in 2002, I have catered over 5,600 functions with an average of 54,000 meals served each year. I hope to grow my business to service a wider region as we cater your next function!
