Our meats are slowly spit roasted to perfection to guarantee the satisfaction of you and those at your function.
Under 40 adults pick two meats - Over 40 adults pick three meats
Lean topside of beef - Marinated and garnished with a special blend of herbs and spices.
Prime leg of pork - Basted with extra virgin olive oil, cooked to perfection.
Supreme ham - Quality smoked ham off the bone.
Golden spit roasted chicken - Seasoned with lemon pepper.
A wide selection of condiments
Don't have any troubles with the food at your function - its all catered for! A wide variety of condiments to suit all your needs. Every service gets complimentary gourmet potatoes and freshly baked French sticks.
Choose five garden fresh salads:
- Potato, bacon and egg - Red potato, egg, celery, bacon bits, spring onion, red onion, red capsicum, parsley in a sour cream and mayonnaise dressing.
- Mesculin - A blend of assorted lettuce, with cocktail tomatoes, sprouts and peppercorn vinaigrette.
- Rainbow coleslaw - A mix of red and green cabbage with carrots and dressing.
- Pasta, broccoli and cashew - Pasta shells, broccoli, red onion, mango chutney, red pepper, mushroom, cashew nuts and dressing.
- Cocktail pasta - Spiral pasta, celery, pineapple, grapes, red peppers and dressing.
- Hungarian pasta - Pasta elbows, onion, salami, cheese, green and red pepper, seasoning and tomato dressing.
- Bami goreng - Egg noodles, soya sauce, broccoli, onion, carrot, chicken, shrimp, ham, peas, oyster sauce, soya oil, peanuts and spices.
- Oriental delight - Brown rice, raisins, apple, carrot, walnuts, pineapple and mayonnaise dressing.
- American bean - Kidney beans, celery, red pepper, apple, walnuts, herbs and dressing.
- Satay vegetable - Broccoli, cauliflower, corn, carrot, red capsicum, herbs and dressing.
- Curried egg - Chopped egg, diced onions, celery, parsley and curry dressing.
- Waldorf Salad - Diced apple, celery, sultanas, walnuts and Waldorf dressing.
- Zesty Kumara - Kumara, spring onion, orange zest, orange juice, herbs, spices and dressing.

A perfect way to top the meal - a sweet treat at the end. Choose from your favorite kiwi classics: individual cheesecake or mini pavlovas with fresh cream and fruit salad - or have both. (should info of extra fee be mentioned here - its explained below)

Option B:
-Includes option A plus dessert
Under 80 people - $30.00 pp
Over 80 people - $29.00 pp
Both options include quality, disposable plates, cutlery, napkins and tablecloth for buffet table.
China Crockery and cutlery available for $4.00 pp.
