Lean topside of beef: Marinated and garnished with a special blend of herbs and spices. Prime leg of pork: Basted with extra virgin olive oil, cooked to perfection. Supreme ham: Quality smoked ham off the bone. Golden spit roasted chicken: Seasoned with lemon pepper. Baked whole salmon, turkey and lamb are also available.

- Rainbow coleslaw - A mix of red and green cabbage with carrots and dressing.

- Oriental delight - Brown rice, raisins, apple, carrot, walnuts, pineapple and mayonnaise dressing.
- American bean - Kidney beans, celery, red pepper, apple, walnuts, herbs and dressing.
- Satay vegetable - Broccoli, cauliflower, corn, carrot, red capsicum, herbs and dressing.
- Curried egg - Chopped egg, diced onions, celery, parsley and curry dressing.
- Waldorf Salad - Diced apple, celery, sultanas, walnuts and Waldorf dressing.

Finish your celebrations in the perfect manner - with your own personal selection of our great desserts. For $10.00 inc GST per person, a dessert can perfect your function. You can choose three desserts from our menu. they are all served with chunky fresh fruit salad and cream.
- Pavlova kiwi Classic light and delicate, crisp and sweet with fresh cream and berries
- Chocolate Baileys Cheesecake A creamy baileys flavoured cheesecake with dark chocolate swirl resting on a chocolate crumb base.
- Cookies n Cream Cheesecake a full cream cheesecake with Oreo biscuit chips folded through and resting on a chocolate biscuit base topped with broken Oreo biscuits.
- White Choc Rasp Cheesecake real raspberry folded into the rich white chocolate cheesecake and decorated with a raspberry coulis swirl sitting on a vanilla base.
- Vanilla New York Cheesecake A Traditional baked New York styled cheesecake on a vanilla biscuit crumb base. Lightly dusted with icing sugar.
