Spit roasted rolls - a cost effective option for larger functions

No matter your budget, or maybe you just need a lighter meal, you can create the menu that you need for the occasion. Spit roasted rolls can provide a quality, lighter meal to feed larger groups and is guaranteed to please - and saves your wallet!

These are served in freshly baked rolls, with coleslaw or gourmet lettuce, mushroom gravy and a selection of our condiments. These will be served to you over a one and a half hour period.

Lean topside of beef: Marinated and garnished with a special blend of herbs and spices.
Prime leg of pork: Basted with extra virgin olive oil, cooked to perfection.
Supreme ham: Quality smoked ham off the bone.

Perfect your function by adding that sweet touch to the end of the meal. For an extra $10.00 inc gst per person, you can select any three desserts from our dessert menu to be delivered with your mains.

All desserts come with our chunky fruit salad and cream.Finish your celebrations in the perfect manner - with your own personal selection of our great desserts. For $10.00 inc GST per person, a dessert can perfect your function. You can choose three desserts from our menu. they are all served with chunky fresh fruit salad and cream.

  1. Pavlova kiwi Classic light and delicate, crisp and sweet with fresh cream and berries
  2. Chocolate Baileys Cheesecake A creamy baileys flavoured cheesecake with dark chocolate swirl resting on a chocolate crumb base.
  3. Cookies n Cream Cheesecake a full cream cheesecake with Oreo biscuit chips folded through and resting on a chocolate biscuit base topped with broken Oreo biscuits.
  4. White Choc Rasp Cheesecake real raspberry folded into the rich white chocolate cheesecake and decorated with a raspberry coulis swirl sitting on a vanilla base.
  5. Vanilla New York Cheesecake A Traditional baked New York styled cheesecake on a vanilla biscuit crumb base. Lightly dusted with icing sugar.
  6. Peach/Passionfruit Cheesecake A peach cream cheese mix on a vanilla biscuit case swirled with a passionfruit jelly.
  7. Mississippi Mud Cake A rich moist chocolate mud cake covered in chocolate ganache, decorated with ganache and white chocolate stripes.
  8. Tiramisu Gateaux A layered chocolate sponge drenched in Marsala and espresso with a classic European mousse. Decorated with piped mousse and dusted with cocoa.
  9. Black Forest Deluxe Gateaux A rich dark chocolate cake is layered into three and filled with a Morello Balack Cherry/Kirsch mix and fresh cream.
  10. Chocoberry Gateaux three layers of rich moist chocolate cake hosting a wildberry fruit filling topped with cholcolate mousse. Finished with alternate pipimg of wilberry cream and wildberry coulis.
  11. Glazed Lemon Cake Baked upside down this tangy lemon cake has fresh lemon slices caramelised on top. Eaten best with a fresh dollop of crème.
  12. Sticky Date Cake This is a sticky date pudding cake moist and heavy delicious served with Butterscotch sauce.
  13. Mousse 'n' Mud Cake A chocohololic’s dessert made of half mud cake topped with rich chocolate mousse and covered in dark chocolate.
  14. Chocolate Log A moist chocolate sponge rolled with fresh cream and iced with chocolate butter icing.
  15. Citrus Tart The essence of simplicity a sweet pastry filled with lemon curd.
  16. Pecan Tart Our sweet pastry tart shell is loaded with pecans and butterscotch filling. Baked to perfection.
  17. Apple Farmbake Pie A deep short pastry case filled with a generous helping of apples lightly flavoured with cloves.
