Wedding Menu B offers you a three course, spit roasted meal with a fuller platter entree to get your guests appetites started.

  1. Potato, bacon and egg - Red potato, egg, celery, bacon bits, spring onion, red onion, red capsicum, parsley in a sour cream and mayonnaise dressing.
  2. Mesculin - A blend of assorted lettuce, with cocktail tomatoes, sprouts and peppercorn vinaigrette.
  3. Rainbow coleslaw - A mix of red and green cabbage with carrots and dressing.
  4. Pasta, broccoli and cashew - Pasta shells, broccoli, red onion, mango chutney, red pepper, mushroom, cashew nuts and dressing.
  5. Cocktail pasta - Spiral pasta, celery, pineapple, grapes, red peppers and dressing.
  6. Hungarian pasta - Pasta elbows, onion, salami, cheese, green and red pepper, seasoning and tomato dressing.

  10. Satay vegetable - Broccoli, cauliflower, corn, carrot, red capsicum, herbs and dressing.
  11. Curried egg - Chopped egg, diced onions, celery, parsley and curry dressing.
  12. Waldorf Salad - Diced apple, celery, sultanas, walnuts and Waldorf dressing.
  13. Zesty Kumara - Kumara, spring onion, orange zest, orange juice, herbs, spices and dressing.
